Rebecca Black has released her second music video and song, which is titled … wait for it … ‘Saturday.’
Rebecca Black‘s endless weekend party continues in her new single “Saturday,” the appropriately titled follow up to her first calendar-friendly hit, “Friday.”
The 16-year-old YouTube viral sensation’s new video picks up where the last party left off – the morning after Friday night’s apparently big teenage bash.

Overnight singing lessons: Black, now 16 years old, appears to have improved her singing from the first calendar-friendly single, ‘Friday.’
Black sings about sleeping in until 2 p.m., grabs herself a bowl of cereal yet again, and then hits the road in the backseat of a car (which seat will she take?) with a bunch of friends on the way to Saturday night’s round two party.
Black’s singing has improved only slightly from the day before on the new song, which pairs her up with YouTube star Dave Days.

Rebecca Black and friends star in the ‘Saturday’ video, which resembles videos by pop sensations Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift.
With a few nods to the biggest pop stars, like Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez , the video for Black’s party anthem includes group dancing, hanging out on the beach, random blow-up dolls, mannequins and silly string or confetti.
Also, thanks to the current teen pop queen, there’s a scantily clad girl referencing Cyrus’s “Wrecking Ball” video outfit and a few instances of tongues hanging out.

Rebecca Black’s new song, ‘Saturday,’ has already garnered more than 8 million YouTube views.
As the “Saturday” video is already viral, with more than 8 million YouTube views by Monday morning, the next logical step for the 16-year-old singer would be releasing a “days of the week” album.
