Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas both died from what the coroners ruled ‘combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries’ in a fiery Nov. 30 crash.
Paul Walker suffered horrific burn injuries in the tragic car crash that killed him and his driver, and neither had alcohol or drugs in their systems, according to newly released autopsy reports obtained by the Daily News.
Nearly all of Walker’s body was charred through the skin, and his hair color and eye color could not be determined upon visual examination, the gruesome report stated.

Officials said the 40-year-old actor was found in a “pugilistic stance” with right wrist and left arm fractures, which suggested he had braced for impact.
The report also said Walker sustained jaw, collarbone, rib and pelvic fractures and had “scant soot” in his trachea, which suggested he at least partially inhaled some of the smoke.

Walker’s burns were so severe, his organs were not suitable for donation, according to the coroner’s report.
Walker died Nov. 30 as he was riding in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT piloted by his business partner Roger Rodas.
Rodas, 38, also died in the crash.

Jameson Brooks Witty, 18, was one of two men accused of stealing part of the burned Porsche that Roger Rodas was driving when he and actor Paul Walker died.
The coroner found no alcohol or drugs in Rodas’ system and attributed the married father of two’s death to traumatic injuries.
The autopsy report said Rodas suffered massive head trauma, with his skull “opened widely” due to fractures and his brain exposed.

A coroner’s spokesman said it’s believed both men died almost instantly.

According to Rodas’ autopsy report, police believe Rodas was driving approximately 100 mph or faster when he lost control for unknown reasons and partially spun around on a clean, well-lit and deserted street in Valencia, Calif.
The Porsche then struck a curb, and the driver’s side hit a tree and a light post before spinning a full 180 degrees, hitting another tree on the passenger side and bursting into flames, the report said.

There were curved skid marks at the scene, and the Porsche was found on all four of its wheels almost split in half, the report said.The horrific report was released on the same day as the two men accused of jacking a roof panel off the wrecked Porsche pleaded not guilty Friday.
Jameson Witty, 18, and Anthony Janow, 25, appeared in a Los Angeles County courtroom and agreed to return Feb. 25 to set a date for their preliminary hearing.

They declined to speak with reporters outside court and face up to four years and six months in county jail if convicted on all counts.
The men were charged last month with felony grand theft and two misdemeanor counts each of destroying evidence and resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer.
