Justin Bieber really knows how to kick a guy when he’s down.
The 22-year-old Hampton Bays man involved in Sunday’s Bieber brawl claims the 19-year-old pop punk was a direct participant in a beat-down that lasted “four to five minutes” and could cost him work as a model for Worldwide Agency.
With attorney Mark Rudner by his side, Wayne Rennalls held a press conference in Bay Shore Friday, saying the Hamptons melee was due to bratty Bieber’s inability to pick up chicks.

“Honestly, it was like jealousy in the club,” said Rennalls.
Rennalls said Bieber was shining a flashlight at female patrons in South Pointe nightclub, hoping they’d join his crew.
“I got a group of females, like seven on this [left] side and three on this side [right] and one standing behind me. The girls I was with, none of them ran to him,” he said.
According to Rennalls, 24-year-old Diana Bhokasub and 32-year-old Sophia Rayo — club waitresses exclusively identified by Confidenti@l — were also at the center of the mayhem. He claims when one asked to borrow his bowtie, he obliged, and later went to retrieve it when the two left the club with Bieber’s crew. That’s when the chaos started.
As Biebs’ caravan started pulling away, Rennalls said the singer popped through the sunroof and started playing tough guy.
“You f—ing p—y, do something!” Rennalls’ said Bieber shouted from the safety of his truck.
“Justin Bieber [was] still running his mouth and I took my shirt off to fight,” he said. “That’s when they all hopped out of the truck and bum-rushed me. They said, ‘That’s your f—ing a—,’ and the first one came to me, and I put my hands up to fight, to protect myself.”
“He [Bieber] got around and kicked me,” Rennalls claims. He also threatened to demand compensation from Bieber for any missed modeling jobs. In a video obtained by E! News Bieber can be seen jumping out of the SUV but what happens next isn’t on camera.
Bieber reps didn’t reply to our request for comment.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have been priced out of their fancy East Hampton digs. For the past two summers, the presidential pair rented the same oceanfront home on Lily Pond Lane with 7,800 square feet, eight bedrooms and a heated outdoor pool. But the Daily Mail reports that they aren’t returning to the 1.2-acre property this month, choosing to stay at another Hamptons pad with lower utility bills.

Ashley Tisdale and her boyfriend of eight months, Christopher French, are getting hitched. French greeted Tisdale with a rose at Serendipity 3 on Thursday. The couple, dressed to the nines, stopped by the upper East Side shop to share a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate before heading downtown to the Empire State Building. There, they took a romantic photo of themselves embracing on the 103rd floor, where French popped the question. Tisdale tweeted: “Best night of my life. We’re on top of the world!”

The Captain’s leg might still be bothering him, but his appetite is just fine. Derek Jeter enjoyed a team night off Thursday to grab dinner and drinks with SI model Hannah Davis. A source at West Village eatery the Lion says the casually dressed pair dined on oysters, organic chicken and cheesecake along with Don Julio tequila. That ought to make Jeter’s calf feel a little better.

FINALLY, LIFE IS SWEET
Luckily for Emma Roberts, her Thursday ended better than it started. After appearing on “Live! With Kelly & Michael,” the pretty actress waited in line for a cronut at Dominique Ansel Bakery, only to learn they were fresh out when it was her turn to order. Her fortunes improved later at the Calypso St. Barth Meatpacking District boutique, where she came out with multiple shopping bags. Roberts wrapped up her busy day by promoting her new movie, “We’re the Millers,” on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” where the host presented her with a cronut on a silver platter.
