Cyrus was stunning in New York City at the 30th Annual Night Of Stars event.
However, the dazzling dress didn’t completely conceal the pop star’s svelte figure, as she did show off a little skin in the open-backed ensemble.
Cyrus was on hand to present the “Superstar Award” to Jacobs, whose designer dress she donned to the affair.

Singer Miley Cyrus presents the ‘Superstar Award’ at the Fashion Group International’s 30th annual ‘Night Of Stars’ Awards.
Cyrus currently has a lot to celebrate, as her latest album, “Bangerz,” was an instant chart-topping hit, debuting at the No. 1 spot on last week’s Billboard Top 200 CD chart.
Next up for the blond-bobbed starlet is a performance at the 2013 MTV EMA on Nov. 10 in Amsterdam with none other than “Blurred Lines” singer Robin Thicke.

Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus perform ‘Blurred Lines’ during the VMAs.
“I am grateful and excited to be nominated and performing at this year’s EMAs. I know it will be an amazing night!” Thicke said in a release, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
While it’s unclear if they will actually be perfroming together for an encore presentation, this will mark the second time the dynamic duo will share the same stage after their controversial twerktastic performance at the MTV Video Music Awards in August.
