Amanda Bynes was forced to undergo a mental evaluation on Monday night, after the troubled starlet caused a commotion in a California residential neighborhood.
Ventura County police officials responded to a disturbance in a Thousand Oaks, Calif., neighborhood and took the troubled starlet into custody.

Cops responded to a disturbance at a California retirement community involving Amanda Bynes.
“Deputies investigated the incident and determined that [Bynes] met the criteria of 5150 (California Welfare & Institutions Code),” Cpt. Don Aguilar of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department told the Daily News.
Bynes, 27, may have inexplicably started a small fire on a person’s driveway, according to TMZ, though law enforcement officials did not specify.
