The outlaw hero and his lady love have announced the birth of their daughter [PA]
Sally Chappell, a university lecturer by day, gave birth to a baby girl on Boxing Day.

Her partner Tim Pollard, aka the Prince of Thieves, declared: “We’re stupidly proud to announce the drug and intervention-free birth of Scarlett Louise.
“We’re all doing well and overwhelmingly happy as she’s utterly gorgeous.”
The couple are well known in Nottingham due to their appearances in public events such as the annual Robin Hood Pageant and other tourist attractions.
In 2012 they met the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as welcoming the Olympic torch to Nottingham.
Ms Chappell has played the outlaw’s love interest for the last seven years, while Mr Pollard has been in his role for over 20 years.
