The Midtown penthouse Leonardo DiCaprio calls home in the new Scorsese flick “The Wolf of Wall Street” is now on the market. And at $ 6.5 million for the three-bedroom spread, buyers just might have to commit securities fraud like the film’s protagonist, Jordan Belfort, in order to afford it.

The penthouse at 300 E. 55th St. has a large living-dining room, giving the space a lofty feel.
“You certainly won’t find another apartment like it in East Midtown, where everything else is just cookie cutter,” said Nestseekers broker and “Million Dollar Listings” star Ryan Serhant, who has the listing on the 300 E. 55th St. pad.

“It feels like a loft floating above the city,” Serhant said.
The best place to take in those views is the 200-square-foot terrace.

Despite serving as the setting for a ’90s-era film, this home is all 21st century, having gotten a top-to-bottom renovation, with floor-to-ceiling marble baths and a modern kitchen — though the green cabinets do look a little like something out of the ’70s.
