Kim Kardashian, who has slammed rumors she lost weight with surgery, shows off her post-baby body on the cover of US Weekly magazine.
Kim Kardashian may be her harshest critic.
The curvaceous beauty debut her post-baby bikini bod six months after giving birth to daughter North West, but she’s not completely satisfied with the outcome.
“It was OK,” the reality TV star told E! News about her Us Weekly cover, on which she sports a tiny white string bikini. “I think I still have about 10 pounds to go.”

The strict demands Kardashian puts on herself to get back to the body she’s happy with may reflect the unapologetic criticism she endured after gaining substantial weight during her pregnancy.
“It was hard for me,” she admitted. “Everyone was really not the nicest with me when I was pregnant, and in my mind … you lose sight for a second, like, ‘Wait, what if I never get my body back to normal again?'”
Even after giving birth and losing weight, Kim K came under fire from rumors that she didn’t drop the pounds naturally.

The buxom reality TV beauty may already be a stunner, but she’s still trying to shed more weight to get her body in the perfect shape. She credits the low-carb Atkins diet for her slim-down.
“I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight!” she tweeted Nov. 20 in response to a Life & Style magazine report.
“This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy,” she added. “I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!!”
She credited her post-pregnancy form to Atkins, a low-carb diet that omits processed foods and includes lean meat, eggs, dairy, fresh veggies and fruit with gradual additions of grains like brown rice and whole wheat pasta.

“After she delivered her baby on June 15, she wanted an effective and balanced way to lose the baby weight,” Jennifer Livingston, a spokesperson with Atkins Nutritionals, told the Daily News in October. “She’d done Atkins before and knew it worked, so once she got the approval of her doctor, we connected her with our vice president of nutrition, Colette Heimowitz, who counseled her directly.”
“I think (the rumors) really upset me just because I worked so hard. This was such a challenge for me,” she told E!, confessing, “I did gain a lot of weight; I did.”
Now the brunette beauty, despite her slim-down, continues working toward a tighter physique that’s more to her liking.
“As you get older and your body changes, you just can’t eat the way you used to,” Kanye West’s 33-year-old fiancée added. “So I’m training myself, and I work out. I love Pilates. I love running. Now that we’re on the road, just any gym in any hotel, I just go for it.”
