Actress Malin Akerman with husband Roberto Zincone announced that they have split, though they have not yet filed for divorce.
Maybe Malin Akerman and her husband of six years, Roberto Zincone, should have tried a couples retreat before parting ways.
The couple — who has a 7-month-old son together named Sebastian — has split, according to Us Weekly.
“It’s as amicable as can be and they want to do what’s best for their son,” a source told the mag. “Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It’s a very sad time for her.”
It was quite a different time for the pair, who began dating more than 10 years ago, in September when the “Couples Retreat” actress happily described the relationship.

“We’ve never had one single fight,” she said. “We always talk things out.”
But it seems as though things still went sore between the two, although the source added that neither “has plans to file yet” for divorce.
Still, the 35-year-old “Trophy Wife” star, who gave birth to their only child in April, is said to now be living apart from her drummer husband.
Akerman’s rep did not respond to the Daily News’ request for a comment.
