James Franco will perform on the Great White Way from March to July of next year.

Next year James Franco will add Broadway star to an ever-swelling resume that includes actor, poet, director and Oscar host.

The 35-year-old actor will lead a new Broadway revival of John Steinbeck’s classic “Of Mice and Men,” producers confirmed Monday.

Performances at the Longacre Theatre will begin March 19, with opening night slated for April 16. The show runs through July 27.

The official greenlight on the production came seven months after Franco casually announced his plans to make his mark on the Great White Way.

While promoting his movie “Oz the Great and Powerful” on “Colbert Report,” Franco announced: “We’re going to do ‘Of Mice and Men’ on Broadway. I’m going to play George.”

And he is.

Chris O’Dowd, seen recently in the film “The Sapphires,” will play George’s dim and doomed buddy Lennie.

“August: Osage County” Tony winner Anna D. Shapiro will direct. The rest of the cast and design team will be announced shortly.

“Of Mice and Men” first ran on Broadway in 1937. Wallace Ford played George. Broderick Crawford played Lennie. Those respective roles in the 1974 revival were played by James Earl Jones and Kevin Conway.

Tickets go on sale beginning Jan. 11.
