Heidi Montag reduces breast implants from F-cups to C-cups

Heidi Montag has significantly downsized.

The former “Hills” star, who in 2010 infamously went under the knife for nine plastic surgeries at once, has now reduced her F-cup implants.

In this week’s issue of Us Weekly the reality starlet proudly showed off her new and manageable C-cup chest.

“I couldn’t conceptualize the weight of them in my body,” the 27-year-old blond bombshell told the mag of her enlarged lady parts.

Heidi Montag has opted to decrease her bra size due to several medical problems associated with her large breast implants.

“They felt like bowling balls on my chest.”

Montag said each breast weighed “about three pounds” and caused her severe neck and back pain as well as numbness in her arms.

She opted to undergo the breast reduction procedure in early October, which Us reported took a total of six hours to complete.

Montag literally had the weight lifted off her shoulders and she couldn’t be happier.

“I’m the new, new, new Heidi!” she said.
