Radio personality Kerri Kasem, daughter of ‘America’s Top 40’ host Casey Kasem said his children were disappointed after lawyers for their estranged parents failed to arrange for the children to see their dad for Thanksgiving.
Casey Kasem’s three kids from his first marriage didn’t get to see their father for Thanksgiving — despite a judge ordering lawyers to try to cook up a plan.
“We are all disappointed,” daughter Kerri Kasem told the Daily News Thursday.

Radio personality Casey Kasem (second from left) was unable to see his children for Thanksgiving despite a judge’s order that Kasem and his estranged wife put aside their differences and arrange for their children to see their dad.
The “American Top 40” host’s son and two eldest daughters haven’t seen or heard from the silver-tongued titan since the summer, when advanced Parkinson’s left him essentially bedridden.
Their estranged stepmom Jean Kasem, 59, is fighting their bid for a court-ordered conservatorship and recently said the kids could visit the 81-year-old at separate times for one hour each every third Sunday and on holidays.

‘America’s Top 40’ host Casey Kasem has been left virtually bedridden with advanced Parkinson’s disease.
Last week, a Los Angeles judge ordered both sides to put aside their “bad blood” and do their “best” to hammer out a deal.
Jean’s lawyer said he would try to arrange a holiday visit even if an overall agreement wasn’t reached by Thanksgiving.

Neither side has elaborated on the cause of the kids’ banishment from the estate that Casey shares with Jean and their 23-year-old daughter Liberty.
