Alec Baldwin says no sexual relationship ever took place between him and the accused.
Tough-guy actor Alec Baldwin got all teary Tuesday after he got an earful from his accused stalker during their courtroom face-off.
The “30 Rock” star was actually heckled by Genevieve Sabourin when he took the stand and denied they were ever lovers.
“No! No!” she blurted out as Baldwin described how the French-Canadian flooded his inbox with voicemails that ranged from tearful begging and drunken badgering to steamy sexual come ons.
“Are you crazy!” Sabourin shouted when Baldwin testified that the harassing calls numbered in the hundreds.
But Baldwin really look rattled — and got choked-up — when he described how Sabourin showed up at his East Hampton home on the day he proposed to his current wife, Hilaria.

Genevieve Sabourin is charged with 23 counts of harassment and one of stalking.
“I’m sorry,” he told prosecutor Zachary Stendig. “I … I took my wife to Montauk, Long Island, to, uh, propose to my wife.. something I had planned.”
But when they got back to East Hampton, “the defendant pulled up to my house in a car.
“I ran to tell my wife not to go near the door because I wasn’t sure if she had a gun or a weapon or where we were at this point, and then I called the East Hampton police,” he said.
At that point, Sabourin blurted out, “Why is he crying?”
Baldwin glared at the 40-year-old blonde, who is charged with 23 counts of harassment and one of stalking.

Sabourin says they were lovers, and prosecutors argue she sent about 100 creepy emails and texts begging Baldwin to marrying her and “conceive a mini Baldwin.”
“Accept my proposal and I will take you straight to heaven,” Sabourin allegedly emailed. “French are the best lovers in the world and I master my art.”
Her lawyer, Todd Spodek, is expected to argue that Sabourin was simply trying to get “closure in a romantic relationship.”
Baldwin contends there was no romantic relationship. He says the “nightmare” began after he met Sabourin through friend and “Scarface” producer Martin Bregman.
Sabourin was Bregman’s mistress, Baldwin testified. And in 2002, he had lunch with Sabourin and Bregman in Montreal while filming a movie there.

Baldwin was traditionally irritable Tuesday, initiating a confrontation with a photographer he recognized.
Eight years later, Baldwin said, he agree to meet with her over dinner at Elio’s on the Upper East Side to give her “career advice”
“It was merely a favor to the man she was the mistress of,” he said. “She was Marty’s girlfriend.”
Baldwin was his famously surly self when he arrived solo at Manhattan Criminal Court. Catching sight of a photographer he recognized, Baldwin barked, “You’re a tough guy?”
“I’m a tough guy,” Gary Miller shot back.
“You’re a liar,” Baldwin snarled.

Baldwin says he agreed to meet Genevieve Sabourin only to offer her career advice as a favor because she was his friend’s mistress.
Sabourin was far chattier when she arrived and soaked up the attention like a sponge.
“I’m not guilty,” she said, dressed in a long blue coat. “I’m not a stalker. I haven’t done anything wrong.”
Sabourin said when she was arrested in April when she was simply trying to have a cup of coffee with the star.
“I was not there unannounced,” Sabourin said of the day she was arrested. “When you want to go for a coffee for closure with your ex-lover, it’s 4 in the afternoon, it’s not like I was there unannounced, it’s normal.”
Sabourin blamed Hilaria for her problems.
“She’s a woman I never met, never spoke to. She called 911 probably because she knew I was Alec Baldwin’s ex-romance, or she wanted me to be Alec Baldwin’s ex-romance in order to get married like two months after,” she said.
“I lost $ 200,000, I lost my house, I lost my retirement plan, and what’s happening to me could happen to any New Yorker.”
