The reality TV star was spotted out shopping just hours after taking to Twitter to attack those who claimed the 33-year-old had been altering pictures of herself before publishing them on Instagram.

“It sucks when people make up surgery or Photoshop lies,” she tweeted, “when I am so disciplined & work so hard! Just trying to motivate others & show anyone struggling with weight they can totally achieve whatever they want if they are dedicated!”
Kardashian gave birth to her daughter North in June last year.
